QA Analyst/ Lead

As a Lead I was tasked to work along with project managers as well as the CEO in forming a QA department. Some of the responsibilities behind this entailed: setting a company Quality standard, QA processes, involvement of QA in different projects, and QA tools needed.

As a tester/analyst I was in charge of developing test plans, defect tracking, regressing tests, analyzing potential risks, testing and updating new builds, communication with outsource QAs, and assessing tasks priorities with project managers.
